Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an evidence-based eight-week journey, originally created by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
This program is designed to offer support and practical tools to individuals navigating the challenges of stress, anxiety, and pain. MBSR weaves together the practices of mindfulness meditation, gentle mindful movement, and present-moment awareness exercises to nurture a sense of inner resilience and foster emotional well-being.
Today, MBSR has become one of the most widely embraced and researched mindfulness programs globally. Its proven benefits offer a kind invitation to experience reduced stress, clearer mental clarity, and a gentle enhancement of the overall quality of one's precious life—through guided experiences, restorative space, and time to simply be.

Introducing Mindfulness
This gentle 3-week course is offered as a welcoming space for those new to mindfulness, or for anyone feeling called to return to practice after a time away. It provides a nurturing introduction to the theory and practice of mindfulness.
Delivered with care in weekly sessions, you will be guided to tenderly explore three core themes designed to support you in navigating the fullness of your daily life:
Cultivating Presence-Gently learning how training your attention can fundamentally reshape your experience of being present in the world.
Embracing New Ways of Being-Discovering supportive and kind approaches to simply 'being', which can offer solace and help in any given moment.
Mindful Responding-Recognizing the gentle but profound difference between reacting impulsively and responding with awareness, allowing this understanding to shape the quality and kindness of your life.
The group journey unfolds in a structured, supportive environment, where the theme of each session thoughtfully builds upon the last. Sessions blend compassionate guidance, experiential practices, opportunities to integrate learning into your daily rhythms, and shared group reflections.
You are also gently invited to continue nurturing these themes through personal 'home practice', honouring your own pace and journey.
