Whether you are facing challenges in career, relationships, family building or parenting, I aim to empower my clients to move through these experiences with greater ease and emotional safety.
My approach is rooted in mindfulness and compassion. I strive to build relationships with clients which are grounded on trust, mutual respect and collaboration. I weave mindfulness into my work to help clients embrace challenges with greater awareness, balance, and compassion.

I utilise an integrative and culturally sensitive approach towards counselling, combining modalities and methods from a range of orientations to support clients through the various challenges of life.
